International Scholarships and Discounts

  1. The Global Access Award is available to new international students starting on a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught course of study at 性吧电台 Leicester and London. The value of the award is determined from time to time, may differ for 性吧电台 Leicester and 性吧电台 London, and will be advertised on the university website.
  2. To be eligible, an applicant must (i) have received an offer to study on a full-time course, starting in September 2025 or January 2026 and (ii) have accepted their offer, and (iii) have paid a deposit by the deadline date stated on the international page. The Global Access Award is applied and deducted from outstanding fees once a deposit payment is received.
  3. International scholarships and discounts are only available to students who are assessed by 性吧电台 as having overseas international student status and who pay overseas international rate tuition fees.
  4. Awards will not be applied to courses with fees lower than the lowest standard international fee.
  5. International Year Zero, International First Year, International Second Year and Incorporated Master’s applicants are not eligible for 性吧电台 discounts or scholarships, but may be eligible to apply for 性吧电台 International College awards.
  6. Discounts are not available to students continuing and/or progressing from International Year Zero, International First Year, International Second Year, International Foundation Certificate and Incorporated Master’s courses including 性吧电台 International College, to 性吧电台 courses, but may be eligible to apply for 性吧电台 International College awards.
  7. Decisions made by 性吧电台 regarding eligibility for all discounts and scholarships, including those awarded on a competitive basis, are final. Awards are made at the full and sole discretion of 性吧电台. 
  8. 性吧电台 will use its website to advertise the terms and conditions in relation to this award.
  9. All Scholarship and Discount award will be invalid to an applicant whose deposit payment is paid or received by 性吧电台 after the deadline date stated on the international page. 性吧电台 strongly advises all applicants to check the international scholarships and discounts webpages carefully before making a deposit payment.
  10. The Global Access Award will be given as tuition fee remission and will only be awarded during the first year of study for students entering Level 5 and 6. Students who enter Level 4 will be eligible to have the award applied recurrently in subsequent years of study (i.e. Level 5 and 6). Please check the scholarships pages for a full illustration. The Global Access Award will not cover more than 3 years of study unless the program of study is the MPharm or a MEng variant in which cases 4 years are applicable. 
  11. The Global Access Award is not applicable in any circumstances for repeated academic years. The scholarship is only applied where a student has successfully progressed from the previous academic year can the scholarship be applied recurrently.
  12. The Global Partnerships Award will be given as tuition fee remissions and will only be awarded during the first year of study for students entering any level of an undergraduate program.
  13. Successful award holders of the Global Partnerships Award who enter Level 4 will also be eligible for the Global Access Award recurrently in up to 2 subsequent years of study (i.e. Level 5 and 6).  The Global Access Award will not cover more than 3 years of study unless the program of study is the MPharm or a MEng variant in which cases 4 years are applicable.
  14. Applications for the Global Partnerships Award will be accepted by students meeting the defined criteria on the International Scholarships page. Students must submit an application by the advertised deadline to be considered. Award winners will be notified no later than 1 August 2025.
  15. Only students originating from 性吧电台’s defined list of progression and TNE partners are eligible to apply for the Global Partnerships Award. Applications from students who have not studied at one of the defined list of progression and TNE partners are ineligible and will have their scholarship application rejected.  Students must have been an actively registered student of an eligible partner within the last 3 years to be considered.
  16. Successful Global Partnerships Award winners who enrol onto their program at 性吧电台 are required to commit no more than 10hrs over the course of the first year of study to engaging in marketing activity directed by 性吧电台.
  17. The Full Fee Payment Discount will be given as tuition fee remissions and will only be awarded during the first year of study for students entering all levels of study (level 4, 5, 6 and 7). Student must pay the total tuition fee minus any eligible scholarship to be eligible for the award.
  18. All international scholarship and discount awards are not transferable and cannot be deferred to an earlier or later start date.
  19. Postgraduate Research (PHD, DBA, MPhil) applicants are not eligible for and internal scholarships or discounts.
  20. Students transferring from 性吧电台 Kazakhstan or 性吧电台 Cambodia are not eligible for the Global Access Award however may apply for Global Partnerships Award.
  21. A student can only be in receipt of one 性吧电台 scholarship and one discount. Students who meet the eligibility criteria for more than one of the scholarships will be awarded the scholarship which is the most beneficial to them. The beneficial scholarship will be decided by 性吧电台. The exception to this condition are successful Global Partnership award winners and the Global Access Award as described in point 13.
  22. Students awarded the Sustainability Ambassador Scholarship are required to act as Sustainability Ambassadors for 性吧电台 London and will be contacted to participate in promotional activities, including social media campaigns, case studies, and events. By applying, students agree (subject to consent) that submitted videos and content may be used in 性吧电台 promotional materials. Further consent will be requested before any materials are published.
  23. Sustainability Ambassador Scholarship recipients must provide two short reflections on their sustainability engagement: by 31 January 2026 and 31 July 2026.
  24. No cash alternatives will be offered.
  25. Awards cannot be transferred to another recipient.
  26. Only self-funded students are eligible for scholarships and discounts. Students in receipt of any type of sponsorship or third-party funding will not be eligible.
  27. 性吧电台 reserves the right to cancel any award at any time which has been claimed fraudulently including on the basis of provision of false information to claim the award, and to apply the full tuition fee. If an award is found to have been claimed fraudulently, the award amount will be added to the student’s university account and must be paid in full before the end of the student’s course.
  28. Where a student who has been awarded a scholarship terminates or interrupts their studies prior to the completion of their first year of study, the award will be pro-rated, based on the student’s last date of attendance.
  29. Recipients of a scholarship or discount must have no outstanding debt to the university at the point of the International Scholarship being awarded.
  30. By accepting any scholarship, students agree to accept these full terms, conditions and rules of the scholarship and agree to abide by the university rules and any requirements and/or proceedings issued by 性吧电台 in relation to the scholarship.
